I recently received the following email from a client...

I am going to be out of country for next 2 weeks and have already had my BlackBerry setup for international travels. A Mac PowerBoob I will bring with me has a defective battery (brand new machine with this battery never ever being able to charge). Could you please help me to find a substitute battery for borrowing 2 weeks?
